I noticed other reviews are more about the service quality. To me, the service was still fine, but the quality of the drink is so bad. Before they move to express, this store was my favorite milk tea in california. But now, everything changes, the quality is so bad. The most famous milk tea for sun right is the brown sugar milk tea. Its brown sugar flavor is the richest and most aromatic of any milk tea I’ve ever had. However, the one I had today had almost none at all. Overall, if you r a customer of old sun right studio, try go to other sun right store near LA instead of this one.

Long wait times and lady at the pick up window was rude. Knocked on the window once when picking up my drink, no answer. Knocked again and she answered it begrudgingly and confused on what I was doing there. Not coming back here again

Wait was exceptionally long and quality is noticeably worse than the many other locations that I have visited.

Sunright is my favorite tea studio and I was sad when they got rid of their Pasadena location in exchange for this. I give Sunright as a whole five stars but this incarnation gets one for this reason: my go to is just a jasmine tea with boba, no milk. Very simple. At every other location (and the one that used to be here) the cost comes to about $5.50 or so, but at this location, the price is over $8! Why am I paying $3 more for the very same drink?

***Unnecessarily long wait times, wrong items and overall awful experience.*** The standalone shop moved off Colorado inside the old Tsujita restaurant (which changed names from Tsujita to Tsuke). Going back to Sunright, the sectioned off portion of the restaurant allocated to Sunright was unmanned and empty upon arrival. This continued for 10+ minutes after placing confirmed orders. It wasn’t until I walked into the empty restaurant and approach the Sunright booth that someone came out from the back to man the station. We are now at the 20+ minute mark. It took 35+ minutes to pick-up from a hybrid milk tea shop & restaurant was entirely empty of guests. The cherry on top is that they did not follow order instructions and made 2 random drinks instead. One can only logically infer what actually dining here would entail. Suffice it to say, we’re going to stick w/ the original Tsujita.
